Platte, Deputy WILL State of Texas County of Galveston In the name of God, Amen I, Fredreka Rust of the above named state and co., being of sound mind and memory, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength to do so, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all others here to fore by me made. 1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. 2. I desire and direct that my just debts be paid out of my estate, by my executor to be hereinafter appointed. 3. It is my will and desire that all of the property both real and personal, I may die seized and possessed of, after the payment of all my just debts together with all the expenses incident to the probating of this will, shall pass to and vest in fee simple in my beloved son Henry Rust, who has taken care of me so long, and the real estate is more particularly described as Lot No. 9 South East Quarter Out Lot No. 37 or 3308 Ave O, City of Galveston, with improvements. 4. To my beloved grandchildren of my son Charles Rust, the amount of $670.00 to be divided equally between them, the names of said children are Francis Rust, Chas. Rust, Edwin Rust, Gustave Rust. 5. To my beloved son Gus Rust, who is at present residing in Seattle Washington the sum of $670.00, which I consider about right in an equal distribution of what I have left. 6. To my beloved daughter Lucy Hervey, the sum of $335.00, she already having received some of her share of my estate. 7. I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved son Henry Rust executor of this my last will, and testament, and direct that no bond or security be required of him as executor. 8. It is my will that no other action shall be had in the county court in the administration of my estate, than to prove and record this will, and to return inventory and appraisement.
