This Enumerator's spelling is sometimes very bad. I have transcribed his recordings as he spelled it. 4. All spelling of Birthplaces are as recorded in census. 5. All spelling of Occupations are as recorded in census. 6. All spelling of Relationships are as recorded in census 7. The bottom left hand corner, lines 48 thru 50, are hard to read on pages 1A thru 13B. 8. Enumerator sometimes spells Indiana as Indianna. 9. Enumerator spells Louisiana as Louisianna. 10. Enumerator spells Missouri as Misouri. 11. Enumerator spells Prussia as Prusia. 12. Enumerator sometimes spells boarder as border. 13. Enumerator sometimes spells Illinois as Ilinois. 14. Enumerator appears to sometimes use the step-parent's birthplaces when recording parent's birthplaces of a child. 15. Enumerator sometimes spells Mississippi as Missippi. 16. The Marriage License Index I mention in the Transcriber Remarks, is a manuscript titled 'Gonzales County, Texas Marriage Licenses Issued 1829 - 1900', copyrighted in 1993 by Marjorie Lee Burnett. 17. Pages 29A through 30B were recorded by a different Enumerator.
