Mayfield, LadyTexian@tcainternet.com  TX Tombstone Project Manager ************************************************************************ Is it possible to make a correction to the Following listed in Grayson Co in HALL Cem. MY grgrgr grandfather started this cem in 1850's with abt 2 arceas of his land donated and several of the family were first ones buried here. I have copies of papers stating this. He later sold his land and it then became knwn as Howe. Now since others have added to the Cemetery , it was dedicated as Hall CemeteryThe person that is listed wrong here is the 2nd wife of my gr gr grandfather Robert Sylvanus Armstrong BARNETT> Sarah H. ( maiden name was Allen), (W) WILBURN not Wilbore. Also her husband at the time of her death was the Robert S A BARNETT. "THE BARNETT" name was left off. making it look like his name was Armstrong. R. S. A Barnett is what he went by mostly. His first wife was Dicy Ellen White, dau of Anderson White, who was the first land donor for this Hall Cem. She died of childbirth and he, the baby boy is also buried with her. This is not noted on the record of Dicy. He was her 4th child with R S A Barnett. If you could make these corrections, I'm sure the marriage records in Sherman Court House there will show the names. Also Sarah was Dicy's cousin and was mar. first to John ( I Believe) Wilburn and died in a tracter tip over accident on his farm. He had bought the tractor prioer some time from R S A Barnett. Gr Gr Grandau of Anderson White and Gr gr grandau of R S A Barnett. Maxine Baldwin Wilton mmwaw@sprynet.com P O Box 177, Roy, Wa 98580
