Rev. Joseph Saylor, paster of the church, will conduct the services. Buriel will be in Whitesboro Cemetery, directed by Richards Funeral Home. Mrs. Lanier was born Nov. 12, 1882 in Talladega, Ala., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Waddell. On March 11, 1905, she married Robert F. Lanier in Birmingham, Ala. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are her husband; two sons, Walter Lanier of Chicago and Robert F. Lanier Jr. of Jolliet, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. George McGourty of Waterloo, Iowa; three brothers, Robert and Frank Waddell of Melbourne, Fla. and Albert Waddell of Hattisburg, Miss.; amd a sister, Mrs Martha McKenzie of Akron, Ohio; and six grandchildren. Additional Comments: This obituary states burial in Whitesboro Cemetery, but Ida is buried beside her husband in Oakwood Cemetery.
