This one is one of the most beautiful cemetaries I have ever seen and it is also quite large considering it is an "out of the way cemetary." This cemetary has haunted my dreams and my alert time since I have visited. It is quite curious to me that there are so many children buried there. There seem to be several stories there that are very sad. One, and I can't seem to find the pic of the headstone is an infant that was born the same day his dad died and then died a couple of years later. His mother died the following year a day or two after the birthday of her deceased son and death day of her deceased husband. There is alot of grief still lingering in that cemetary. http://files.usgwarchives.net/tx/mclennan/photos/tombstones/evergreen/ethelcem74nph.txt ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Photo has been resized/compressed for use in the USGenWeb Archives Project ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/txfiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
