original Marriage License
State of Texas Marriage License Grayson County.  To any Judge of the District 
Court, Judge of the County Court, Ordained or Licensed Minister, Jewish Rabbi, 
or Justice of the Peace of Grayson County, You are hereby authorized to 
Solemnize the Rites of Matrimony between Mr. Thomas R. McComb and Miss Pearl 
Catherine Hoffman and make due return to the Clerk of the said Court within 
sixty days thereafter, certifying your action under this License.  Witness my 
official signature and seal this 23rd day of April 1921.  C.M. Cole clerk by 
Roy L. Polk Deputy. I D. O. Hause certify that on the 23 day of April 1921 I 
united in Marriage Thomas R. McComb and Miss Pearl Catherine Hoffman the 
parties above named. Witness my hand this 23rd day of April 1921  signed by D. 
O. Hause minister of the Gospel.  Returned and filed the 23rd day of April 1921 
by J. H. White Deputy and C.M. Cole, County Clerk.

Additional Comments:
On the front cover of the License it says it is recorded in book 3 page 176.  
The deputy was J. H. White and county Clerk was C. M. Cole.
I have the original license with a seal.
