She was one of 11 children born to Jonaathan M. and Henryetta Bowman. She was united in marriage to Dick Cobb on November 17, 1917 at Mayfield, Oklahoma. To this union were born a son, Fred, of Strong City; a daughter, Francis Foster of Charleston, arkansas, and Frank, a son who passed on in infancy. She had been a member of the Church of Christ for the past 51 years. Mrs. Cobb had been a resident of the Roll community for the past 40 years, among her many friends and neighbors. After a shor illness, she departed this life on August 27, 1969, at the age of 66 years, 11 months, and 27 days leaaving much sadness in the hearts of her loved ones. Besides her husband and two children, she is survived by a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Hattie Anderson of Longview, Texas, and a number of nieces and nephews.
