M Clark who by me being duly Sworn Says that the foregoing is a full & correct Inventory of the Estate of V A Coursey that has come to my knowledge on foresworn Nancy Coursey Sworn to and Subscribed before me June 28 1869 James ? ? Clerk By the undersigned appraisers of the Estate of V A Coursey, do solemnly swear that the foregoing is a true & correct statement of the Property of said Estate as _____? to us by the _____? there of H Brasheare H C Ring State of Texas County of Harris Know all men by their foremost that __? Nancy Coursey as principal and J W Henderson an __________ as securities? are held and firmly bound unto the Chief Justice of the County of Harris in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars for the payment of which will and ____ to be made __ ____ heirs execution and administrators. J____ and S_______ firmly by the presents. The Condition of this obligation is such that, whereas the about bound, Nancy Coursey has been appointed adminstratrix of the Estate of V A Coursey, deceased. Now if the said Nancy Coursey shall will and truly perform all the duties required of her under said appointment and shall pay all cost of Court in the Matter of said administration . She therefore prays that an amount in leiu therefore be set aside to her for that purpose also an amount for one years support of Self and four minr children and that all articles on the inventory exempt by law be set aside to her and Stricken from the inventory.
