Fleming, 52, of 4823 Mandell died Monday (December 17, 1945) in Jacksonville, Fla. He was an independent oil operator. Born in Hibernia, Fla., he had lived in Houston since 1929. He was a veteran of World Wars I and II and a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lillian Fleming; a daughter, Miss Marian Fleming; two sons, Frederick A. Fleming, Jr., and Robert S. Fleming, all of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. Henry C. Biddle of Philadelphia, Pa., Mrs. George L. Austin of Hartford, Conn., and Mrs. Louis Reinerman of Hibernia, Fla.
