Survived by wife, Mrs. Virginia Keen; sons, Harold Edwin Keen, James L. Keen, Donald Kenneth Keen; daughter, Miss Marilyn Annette Keen, all of Pasadena; father Forrest L. Keen, Oil City, LA; mother, Mrs. Annie Keen, Shreveport, LA; brothers, Claude Keen of Houston; Charles L. Keen, Shreveport, LA; sisters, Mrs. Florene Fields of Mooringsport, LA, Mrs. Ray Goodwin of Houston, Mrs. Gerald Wisniewski of Houston; a number of nieces and nephews. Services 3 p.m. Mondy Uvalde Baptist Church, Rev. E.P. Hardin Jr. officiating. Burial San Jacinto Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be members of Pipefitters Local No. 211. Howard Funeral Home, 12401 Market St., GL3-7106 Additional Comments: I believe this to be the obit. from the Houston Chronicle but not positive, my father also had a brother, A.C. Keen that died earlier. Please contact me if researching the Keen family. My father died of injuries sustained in a car accident on Market Street in Greens Bayou.
