Houston Post, 1 November 1932
Mrs. Inez Klein, 68, of 2117 Milam, died at her residence at 12:35 P.m. Monday
[31 October 1932].  She is survived by three sons, S.C. Klein of Tampa, Fla.,
E.H. Klein of Wharton and H.F. Klein of Houston; a daughter, Mrs. John E.
Stephens of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. E.W. Eubanks of New Orleans, Mrs. R.P.
Treat of Wharton and Mrs. J.W. Reavis of Wharton.  Funeral services will be held
at the residence of E.H. Klein at Wharton at 3 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Hoskins
of the Methodist church officiating.  Burial will be in the Wharton cemetery
under direction of the Maerz-Lee Funeral Home.

I believe Mrs. Klein is Cynthia Inez Thrall Klein, widow of Hugo Klein, born
July 1867 per the 1900 census; daughter of George Thrall and Sarah Whyde of
Wabash County, Illinois; and granddaughter of Dr. Aaron Thrall, Cynthia ____,
John H. Whyde, and Rachel Sophia _____.  Evidence at
