March 26, 1988 Officiating: Rev. Joe Brumbelow, pastor of North Side Baptist Church, Houston, TX Interment: Clapp Cemetery, Trinity, Texas Survivors: Husband: Austin E. Martin of Houston Son & Daughter-In-Law: Glover Edward & Eloise Seale of Houston 9 Grandchildren 3 Great-Grandchildren Brookside Funeral Home, 13401 Eastex Freeway at Lauder Rd., Houston, Texas Mary Lou Martin ran a Cleaners on Berry Rd. for many years. Her name used to be Seale, later Ivins. These husbands preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of Doverside, and later North Side Baptist Church. Brother Joe Brumbelow noted he did not always agree with her, or her with him. But she had been a dear friend for 30 or so years. Most important, he noted, was that she personally knew Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16; The Bible. For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. -1 Thessalonians 5:9-10; The Bible A book about Rev.
