The Houston Chronicle, June 15, 1969
Arthur E. (Sarge) Rowell, 72, 1570 Sue Barnett, passed away Thursday in a 
local hospital. Member Oak Forest Baptist Church. U.S. Army for 32 years. 
Survivors: half sister, Mrs. Lottie McCarty, Fontana, Cal.; number of nieces 
and nephews. Burial Carther Cemetery, Carter, Okla. Arrangements pending. 
People's Funeral Home, Lone Wolf, Okla.


Additional Comments:
Arthur was the son of Noah J. ROWELL and Francis Malinda "Linda" DALTON.
