C. Tidwell of Cason, occurred at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, early last Saturday morning. She had been ill at Baylor Hospital for several weeks and her death was not altogether unexpected. Miss Tidwell had been employed at the Dallas Medical and Surgical Clinic for some time and head labratory technician, and also had similar employment at the Crazy Wells Hotel in Mineral Wells before going to Dallas. She was reared in Cason and received her bachelor of science degree from the college of Industrial Arts, at Denton in 1924. Deceased was a member of the Presbyterian church, with her membership at Mineral Wells where she formerly resided. Surviving relatives are her mother, four sisters, Misses Mary, Evelyn, and Alice Clyde of Cason; and Mrs. L. R. Anderson of Venus, Texas, and one brother John C. Tidwell. Funeral services were conducted at the family home in Cason Monday afternoon by Rev. J. D. McClung and Rev. Paul I. Moon, attended by a large concourse of relatives and friends. The many beautiful floral offerings from Dallas and Mineral Wells, as well as her home town people, were evidence of the high esteem and popularity of deceased. ---
