Died:

In this city, at the residence of Mr. T. E. Scarborough,
on Wednesday, May 17, Mrs. G. A. Kirk, in the 58th year
of her age.  The deceased was born in Albemarle County,
near Charlotteville, and married Mr. R. H. Kirk, of 
Bluffington, South Carolina, by whom she has two sons,
Wm. S. Kirk, who was killed in 1880, and Rollin Kirk, of
this city,
