PERRY GRAVE, Henderson County, Texas

The Perry Family was traveling through the county on their move west. Mrs. Perry
became ill and the family stopped beside the road. When she died, the family
moved on, after burying Mrs. Perry beside the road. Many years later, Mr. Perry
returned and placed a grave marker at the grave. Today this road has been
closed. The land is cleared and marker is beside a tree in Joe Glynn Tarrant's
meadow south of LaRue.
