Petition To The Commissioner's Court
Henderson County,Texas

 To: Hon. J. R. Blades
County Judge, Henderson County, Texas;

 We the undersighned citizens of henderson County, Texas is Commissioner's Precint No. 4, 
make this our petition to your Honor, asking that our worthy and honored friend , Peter Harden, 
be appointed to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner of Henderson County, Texas, caused 
by the death of Osia Murphy. Our friend, Mr. Haden, is an old, honored and competent citizen 
of our commissioner's precient and in every way, we think, qualified to discharge the duties of 
said office with credit to himself and honor to his constituents.
