B. AND G. Club The O. B. and G. Club met on last Tuesday evening at the residence of Mr. Mitcham, J. R. Rierson acting as president, and James Avriett as secretary pro tem. A motion was made and carried to chand the name of the organization to the O. U. Club. J. H. Jarrell was elected permanent chairman, and J. R. Rierson vice; Miss Lizzie Mitcham was made secretary. Miss Josie Long was appointed critic for next meeting. A committee was appointed to draft a constitution and by-laws for the organization. All of the old members are requested to come and join the new order, and all who would like to participate in the pleasures of our society are also invited to join. The club met again on last Thursday night at Mrs. Carroll's, with a large number in attendance, who enjoyed themselves in the unusal exercises. We did not learn where the club was to meet next.
