MIA-July 28, 1944 Declared dead: April 18, 1951 Born: March 24, 1920, Henderson County, Texas. Lived in the Rome Community southwest of Athens. Glyn was the son of Perry Frank and Jessie Verne (Miller) Trammell. Last Mission: B-25 Mitchell Bomber left Nadzab, new Guinea, on a courier mission bound for Biak Island. It took off at 8:45 a.m. July 28, 1944. It was never seen nor heard from after take off. Plane and entire crew missing. Members of the Crew 1st Lt. Earl D. Spriggs, Jr. Capt. Edmurd F.
