Location:  1 1/4 miles west of the Webber Cemetery, which is on the old
Military Road west of FM 1423.  The Handy Cemetery is a small one, about
50 x 75 feet.  It is just north of the levell and about 700 feet west of
the start of the power line with 2 transformers and a farm pump station.
