The Brumley family are old timers in the county, and no family stands higher
than they. P. Brumley, George Brumley and Jim Brumley are worthy, noble men, are
taxpayers and supporters of schools and churches, are debt-paying, God-serving
men, are in easy circumstances and are perfectly reliable and trustworthy in all
the relations of life, and cab be depended upon to fulfill any obligation as
promptly as any citizen of Hopkins County.
