ANDERSON, A. E., Mrs. - Formerly Miss Della Gafford, died today at her home in
Temple. She was born in Marion County, Sept. 24, 1869, and moved to Hopkins
County in 1885, where she continued to live until about three years ago when
she moved to Temple. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. A. J. Gafford and was
married to A. E. Anderson August 19, 1893. She is survived by her husband and
two daughters, Miss Bennie Anderson of Temple and Miss Elna Anderson of
Temple, and one son, Jeff Anderson, of Sulphur Springs. She also leaves two
brothers and three sisters as follows: T. F. Gafford of Oklahoma City, A. O.
Gafford of Sulphur Springs, Mrs. May Gafford and Miss Irby Gafford of Sulphur
Springs, and Mrs. O. R. Maxfield of Temple and mother, E. E. Gafford, of
Sulphur Springs. The remains will be brought to Sulphur Springs overland and
carried to the home of Jeff Anderson on Gilmer St. Funeral services have not
