Lindley has received a message from Yakima, Washington, stating that her brother had died at his home there. Mr. Bailey was born and reared at Peerless, moving from there five years ago. The following sisters survive: Mrs. Jeff Lindley, Peerless; Mrs. Tom Brown and Mrs. Charlie Mayes of Sulphur Bluff; and Mrs. Vic Hemingway, Cooper. Also surviving are his wife, two sons, Delbert and Joe; and one daughter, Mrs. Grace Koonsy of Washington. (Daily News-Telegram, Nov. 1930)
