CURRIN, CHARLES G. - Cumby, Hopkins Co., Texas - Aug. 4, 1930 - Charles G.
Currin died at the residence of his daughter in Commerce and was buried at
Pleasant Grove, four miles east of Cumby. Mr. Currin is the last of a family
of five sons and one daughter. He was born in Granville County, North
Carolina, April 25, 1858, and moved, with his parents, to this place in 1870,
having resided around here most of the time. ( Dallas Morning News, Aug. 5,
