FOSTER, JOE - Born Sept. 24, 1859, died Thursday morning and was buried at the
Black Oak cemetery. Bro. A. P. Saffold (sic) conducted the services. He leaves
his loving wife and four sweet little children, brother and sisters. (S.S.
