LEWIS, ALTHEA, MISS - Of Como, who has been sick for several months, was
buried here Saturday. She was the sister of Mrs. R. L. McGill of Greenville.
(S.S. Gazette, Fri., Aug. 27, 1909, Forest Academy column dated Aug. 24th)
Reported later - She was the daughter of T. P. and L.A. Lewis, and was born
September 23, 1876. Service conducted by Rev. B. F. Sheppard, and Bros. York
and Smith, at her home. Burial in the Forest Academy cemetery.
