MATHIS, EDDIE, MISS - Cumby, Hopkins Co., Texas, June 25, 1924 - Miss Eddie
Mathis, daughter of H. C. (Cort) Mathis, died at the residence of her father.
Born in this county, June 14, 1906. She survived by her father, two brothers
and two sisters. Rev. H. M. Cowling of Lewsiville conducted the service with
burial in Cumby cemetery. (Dallas Morning News, June 26, 1924)
