PATE, RUTH - The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abel Pate died Tuesday night at 10
o'clock at the family home on Quitman street, after an illness of several weeks.
She was afflicted with diphtheria some time ago, and did fully recover. Other
complications set in and her tired little spirit could not endure the racking
pains of disease no longer. The funeral services and burial were held at the
