POLK, J. N., DR. - Sulphur Springs, Dec. 30, 1922 - Dr. J. N. Polk, age 64
years, a leading citizen in Sulphur Springs for twenty years, died this
morning after a weeks illness with pneumonia. Mr. Polk is survived by his
wife, 3 sons, Dr. Colman Polk, and George and Jack Polk, and 1 daughter, Miss
Annie Polk. (Dallas Morning News, Dec. 31, 1922)
