Mr. Richardson had left the house about 1 o’clock to uncover his cotton wagon, a short distance from the house, telling his wife he might go over and see about some stock in the pasture. At 4 o’clock he had not returned, so his wife went to look for him. She found him in the barn, where he died, sitting in one of the stalls with his hat in his hand. Mr. Richardson was subject to heart trouble and is supposed to have been dead about two hours when found. Henry Dudley Richardson was born in Upshur County, Dec. 12, 1858. He was united in marriage to Miss Annie Chandler, moving here several years ago. He is survived by his wife, one brother and one sister. He professed religion at 26 and joined the Missionary Baptist Church at Cross Timbers 11 years ago. The funeral was conducted at his home, by Rev. Fred Moore. Interment in the Brigham cemetery.
