Sheets, was killed by Perry Morris. Bill was the son by Sheets' first wife. J.F. Sheets was also killed by his father-in- law, Perry Morris. Bill, age 18, was sick in bed when Morris went in and shot him. Morris also went to the home of Calvin L. Maddox and killed him and his wife. Maddox was 35 years old. The Moddox family had five small children. Morris then went home, later going outside and killed himself. (S.S. Gazette, Fri., Nov. 5, 1915)
