Mrs Mattie Brown, 90, of 10133 Fairfax St., Jacinto City, died 8:30 AM 
Saterday. Survivors; Sons, Jesse M. Brown,  Denver, Col., John O Brown, 
Waupaca,Wis; daughter Mrs Leua Moody, Jacinto City; 9 grandchildren; 17 great 
grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. Services 10 AM Tuesday Earthman 
Chaple; the Rev Bernard L. Hatch and the Rev Charles E. Wingate, Burial South 
Park Cemetery. Pallbearers;Buddy Moody, Lee Heasley, Dicky Fritzching, Harvey 
Lester Wingate, Butch and Sonny Wingate. Earthman Funerals, 2120 Fannin St.

Additional Comments:
Mattie M. was born December 21, 1867 in Missouri to William Conrad and Mary 
Sharp.
She married George W. Brown June 27, 1894, in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was 
widowed November 16, 1909, when George was hit by a train in DeKalb Co. 
Missouri. George is buried in Union Chapel Cemetery, DeKalb Co., MO 
Mattie Brown is my great-great aunt
