The same officers were named to serve the group and plans were made for cemetery improvements. The name of the cemetery, which had been known for many years as Mount Caramel has been changed to Celeste Cemetery to avoid confusion with Mount Carmel Cemetery at Wolfe City. Plans for a new entrance gate, which is being donated by a former citizen, were approved and work will begin soon. Anyone interested in buying cemetery lots is asked to contact Jack Ruff. The many improvements, which have been made in the Celeste Cemetery in the past few years, have been made from interested citizens, from Celeste and other communities.
