Softball Teams Win In District Playground Meet
    The junior and senior girls and the junior boys softball teams did well
for themselves Monday afternoon at Commerce in the annual district playground
meet.  T. B. Weatherley, Jr., is coach of the teams.
    The senior girls defeated Caddo Mills 21 - 14 and Boles Home by 21 - 14 in
the finals.
    The junior girls won over Lone Oak and 21 -10 and beat Boles Home 21 - 17.
    The junior boys took Quinlan 5 to 4 and Lone Oak 10 - 9 for the title.
