Celeste Public Schools Will Open for 1960-1961 Term Tuesday,
August 30, For Registration

Superintendent G. W. Tillerson announces the oppugn of Celeste schools on
Tuesday, August 30. Buses will leave to pick up student at 8:45 on Tuesday.
Assembly will be at 10:00 Am. Immediately after registration students will be
dismissed.

Junior and Senior students will register on Monday afternoon. School will open
on Wednesday at 8:15 and dismiss at 3:30. The early schedule will not start
until he cotton harvest starts. Student will spend only 1/2 day on Tuesday. No
meal will be served in the cafeteria.
