Ladonia Dominates 11-B All-District Grid Team
    Undefeated and untied Ladonia placed four players on the first and four
more on the second All-District 11-B football team.
    Coach James Fuller's powerful Rattlers dominated the dream team selections
just as they did the district in sweeping to four victories.  They possess a
9-0 season record and meet Royse City Friday night.
    The All-District team was selected at a meeting of coaches and
superintendents.  Ladonia and Trenton tied in the vote for the sportsmanship
trophy.  Each school had three votes for this, one each for the pep squad,
head coach, and superintendent.
    Ladonia players names on the first team were end Billy Joe Franklin,
tackle Gerald Isom, and backs Tommy Hulsey and Leck Braley.
