Thomason and wife Tilda Thomason of Hunt County and State of Texas for and in consideration - One promissory note of One Hundred & fifty dollars of evaludate here with and due June 1st 188? with interest from date at the note of 10 percent per annum for the payment of which a lien is hereby retained upon the herein after described tract of land, have Bargained, Sold, Released and Conveyed and by these presents do Bargain, Sell, Release, Transfer and Convey unto F. G. Blount of Hunt County and State of Texas heirs and assigns forever, in fee simple. The following described tract or parcel of land Towit Situated Hunt County State of Texas and is a part of a survey Patented to Goodman Deweese that he sold to Hillery Busby. Beginning at the S. W. corner of the said 200 acres at a stake br's N 50\'b0 E 2 8/10 varas Thence E 550 varas to stake far corner A Black jack br's 1 1/2\'b0 W 26 1/2 varas Thence N 513 3/4 varas to a stake far corner a Black Jack 6 inches in diameter br's S 64' W 3 3/4 varas a Post Oak 6 inches in diameter br's S 27\'b0 W 4 3/4 vrs. Thence 550 vrs to stake an W boundary line of said 200 acre survey A Black Jack br's S 95\'b0 E 8 3/4 vrs. Another br's N 32\'b0 E 10 1/2 vrs Thence S to the place of beginning Containing 50 acres of land. Together with all and singular The rights, members and hereditaiuents and improvenments to the same belonging or anywise incident or appertaining Thereto. To have and to hold all and singular the premises above mentioned unto the said ---- ---- heirs and assigns forever. And We do hereby bind ourselves - heirs and legal representatives to forever Warrant and Defend all and singular The title to above mentioned premises unto the said ---- -- -- heirs and assigns against every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming as To claim the same or any part thereof. Thomason known to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument and having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having the same fully explained to her, she, the said Tilda Thomason acknowledged such instrument to be her act and deed, and declared that she had willingly signed the same for the purpose and consideration therein expressed, and that she did not wish to retract it.
