REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Amanda Owens, of Wolf City, Texas, R.F.D. #3, have and do hereby, in
all respects, revoke the Power of Attorney executed by myself and other heirs
regarding the Estate of P. W. Smalley, deceased, which is now of record in
the Deed Records of Hunt County, Texas and I do withdraw from the said S. K.
Smalley all powers heretofore granted to him by me and declare that said S.
K. Smalley does not have any authority of any description to represent me in
any manner in the future.

WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, A. A. Shields, a widow of the County of Hunt, State of Texas, for
and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS to me in
hand paid by C. J. Shields, J. G. Shields, M. P. Malone, a single woman, and
Hassie Wingo, a single woman.

Have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and
Convey, unto the said C. J. Shields, J. G. Shields, M. P. Malone, and Hassie
Wingo of the County of Hunt, State of Texas, all that certain tract or
parcels of land situated in Wolfe City, Hunt County, Texas, the same being
Lots Number 7 and 8 in Block number 9. and Lots number 5 and 6 in Block
Number 9, all in College Park addition of the City of Wolfe City, as shown by
the plat of the College Park addition to the City of Wolfe City, Texas.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the
said C. J. Shields, J. G. Shields, M. P. Malone and Hassie Wingo, their heirs
and assigns forever; and I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and
administrators, to Warrant and Forever Defend all and singular the said
premises unto the said C. J. Shields, J. G. Shields, M. P. Malone and Hassie
Wingo, their heirs and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully
claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
Witness my hand at Wolfe City this 3rd day of August A.D. 1935, 50 cent

RELEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the Harrison Oil Company, J. S. Abercrombie Company, both corporations,
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, and Dilworth S. Hager
do hereby release, relinquish, and forever quit-claim any and all rights
whatsoever acquired or held by them under that certain oil and gas lease
executed by The Union Central Life Insurance Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, to
Willis B. Bryan dated June 4, 1934, being the same land assigned by Willis B.
Bryan to Harrison Oil Company, J. S. Abercrombie Company, and Dilworth S.
Hager in assignment dated August 20, 1935, covering 160 acres in the William
Parish Survey, Hunt County, Texas.

In Testimony Whereof, witness our signatures on this 24th day of July A. D.
