The State of Texas

County of Hunt

     Know all men by these presents That I - Thomas Deweese of The State of
Texas and County of Hunt for and in consideration of the interest in and to 
Twenty acres of land out of a One Hundred and Twenty seven acre survey out
of the James McAdams League situated in the southern portion of said Hunt 
county and held by the heirs of W. B. Teague Dec'd of said State and County 
have granted granted sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant sell
and convey unto W. T. Graham and wife R. A. Graham, T. J. Humphreys and wife
I. L. Humphreys. - C. D. Ellison and wife C. P. Ellison, L. O. Teague
D. E. Teague and wife N. B. Teague surviving heirs of W. B. Teague Dec'd and
Mary Teague widow of the said W. B. Teague Dec'd of The State of Texas and
County of Hunt my entire undivided interest in and to Sixty Four acres of land
out of the Joshua Hodges Head Right survey. also my undivided interest in and 
to a One Hundred and twenty seven acre survey out of the James McAdams League 
said interest being deeded to me by W. B. Adams heir of Joshua Hodges and wife,
Hannah Hodges Dec'd to have and to hold the above described premises together
with all and singular the rights and appurtueances thereto in anywise belonging
unto the said W. T. Graham and wife R. A. Graham, T. J. Humphreys and wife I. L.
Humphreys, C. D. Ellison and C. P. Ellison, L. O. Teague, D. E. Teague and wife
N. B. Teague surviving heirs of W. B. Teague Dec'd their heirs an assigns forever
and I do hereby bind myself my heirs executors and administrators to warrant and
forever defend all and singularly The said premisesunto the said W. T. Graham and
wife R. A. Graham, T. J. Humphreys and wife I. L. Humphreys, C. D. Ellison and
wife C. P. Ellison, L. O. Teague, D. E. Teague and wife N. B. Teague Their heirs
and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof.

     Witness my hand on this the 30th day of August AD 1884

     Before me W. P. West a Justice of the Peace and Ex Officia Notary Public in
and for Hunt County Texas on this day personally appeared Thomas Deweese known to
me to be the person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument and
acknowledged to me that he executed the same for the purposes and consideration
Therein expressed  Given under my hand and seal of office this 30th day of
August AD 1884
