LT. NEAL SMITH STILL BASED AT NEW YORK

   Lt. (jg) Neal Smith writes his parents from New York that he is alright,
but his unit is still very busy.  Lt. Smith is in charge of a quartermaster
division of the U. S. Army based at New York for the last six months.
