Pvt. William S. Giles Completes Course At Fort Rucker
    Private William S. Giles, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Giles, RR 3,
Celeste, completed a ten-week helicopter maintenance course on June 16, 1967,
at the Army Aviation School, Fort Rucker, Alabama.
    During the course, he was instructed in maintenance of the single-rotor,
turbine-powered UH-1 "Iroquois."
    He was also trained in helicopter gunnery systems, aviation operation in
the field, and techniques of survival, escape, and evasion.  (July 7, 1967, The
