They have a new gate painted white at home and an eighty-eight year old dinner bell that can be heard for some distance. It belonged to her father, Dick Elam. They always rang it at 11:30 to announce dinner when they lived in the Lane community. Then there are some fifty-year old wheels at the bridge that came from a hay rake that belonged to Mr. J. R.
