    Mr. Harbert Byers spoke of his desire to succeed (as Celeste Postmaster),
with the help of the present workers in the system.  Mrs. Byers' uncle, Mr.
Dallas Harbert, was a successful Postmaster at Commerce at one time; thus, a
family tradition is a goal to inspire the present appointee.
