James L. Burnett Services Sunday at Greenville 

Funeral services for James L. Burnett, 74, of Mineral Wells, and formerly of
Greenville, were held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 21, 1959, at James Coker-
Peters Chapel in Greenville. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery. Mr. Burnett
died Friday morning, June 19, 1959, in a Shreveport, Louisiana hospital. 
He was the son of J. H. Burnett and Odelia Burnett and was a retired
railroad man. 

Survivors include his wife, the former Maude Moroney; three sons, Weldon
Burnett of Bloomington, Texas, Newell Burnett of Celeste, and Harmon Burnett
of San Antonio; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Wade of Celeste; seven
granddaughters; two brothers, G. F. Burnett of Greenville and E. R. Burnett
of Grand Prairie; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Green and Mrs. John Howie, both of
Greenville, and other relatives.
