Tom B. Harris
Tom B. Harris, 70, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away
February 8, 1987. Funeral services were held at Schooler-Gorden Bell
Chapel.
He was born in Celeste April 12, 1916, son of Tom Harris and
Eva Harrell Harris. He was an US Army veteran during World War
II and a retired salesman with Diamond V Mills. He was a member of
San Jacinto United Methodist Church. He married Belle
Sumrow on April 12, 1936 in Leonard.
Survivors included his wife; a daughter, Barbara Jo Addison of
Channing; a son, David Harris of Amarillo; two sisters, Mary
Virginia Morriss of Duncanville and Louise Brettschneider of Detroit,
Michigan; two brothers, Richard Harris of Ormond Beach,
Florida and Mack Harris of Pique, Ohio; six grandchildren, and three
great-grandchildren.
