Velma Jameson

Mrs. Velma Jameson, a former Leonard area resident, died at her home in
Coppell on September 21, 1977.

Funeral services were held in Carrollton with the Rev. Larry Branum
officiating. Burial was in the Carrollton Cemetery.

Mrs. Jameson was born in 1907 to Huse Berry and Mary McClanahan Berry. She was
married to J. B. Jameson in October of 1930.

Survivors are her husband of the home; a son, Hollie Jameson of Coppell; a
daughter, Mrs. Mary Lee Jones of San Antonio; a brother Marvin Berry of
Kaufman; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Jones and Mrs. Vera Partain, both of Dallas;
ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
