Grace O'Barr Mark
    Pearland, Texas--Funeral services for Mrs. Grace O'Barr Mark of here, who
died on November 26th in her residence in Pearland, will be at 10:00 AM on
Saturday in the Coker-Mathews-Peters Funeral Chapel in Greenville.
    Mrs. Mark was a former resident of Celeste.
    The Rev. Mike Metz will officiate the service.  Burial will be in the
Celeste Cemetery.
    Mrs. Mark was born on February 22, 1894 in Gainesville, Texas, the daughter
of E. E. O'Barr and Eunice Davis O'Barr.  She married Jess L. Mark on December
23, 1912.  She was a member of the Celeste Methodist Church.
    She is survived by three sons, Eugene Mark of New Orleans, Louisiana, Roy
D. Mark of Victoria, Texas, and John D. Mark of Pearland, Texas; one daughter,
Mrs. Dorothy Givens of Pearland; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-one great-
grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband in 1967; one son, Jess Mark, Jr.,
in 1978; one daughter, Totsie Mark in 1927; and her parents.
    Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Coker-Mathews-Peters
Funeral Home.
