Telitha Lucile Ouzts

Telitha Lucile Ouzts died at the family home in Lane after an illness of
diphtheria. Services were conducted by the Rev. Jones of Celeste. Burial was
made at Hogeye Cemetery.

She was born on December 3, 1921, in Upshur County, Texas, and had many
friends in this county. She professed faith in Christianity last July and was
united with the Baptist Church.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Black;
sister, Joy Ouzts; a stepbrother; two stepsisters; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
L. R. Wright of Whitewright; several uncles; and one aunt.

Her father preceded her in death nine years ago.
