B. Sparks here, were held at 10:00 AM today in Wieland-Merit Funeral Chapel in Dallas. Mr. Shoemake died of a heart attack at his home in Dallas on Tuesday, November 25, 1958. Burial was made in McKnight Cemetery. Mr. Shoemake was a resident and barber here before moving to Dallas several years ago where he continued his profession. His parents were the late Rev. and Mrs. W. L. Shoemake. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are his wife of Dallas; two sons, Gene Shoemake of Dallas and Harrell Shoemake of Bakersfield, California; two daughters, Mrs. John Burns of Carrollton and Mrs. Lupe Gonzales of Dallas; three grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Tommy Sparks, Celeste; Mrs. Lena Weathers, Lockney; and Mrs. Eula Gill, Amarillo. ********************************************************* USGENWEB ARCHIVES NOTICE: Copyright.
