Ron Adams officiating. Taylor Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Todd died February 21, 1977, in a Whitewright nursing home. She as born June 4, 1891 in Hunt County, the daughter of Mr. and Mr. David W. Wright. She was a retired art teacher and a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Aeolia Merrill of Greenville. (March 4, 1977, The Celeste Courier)
